Yale For Azar Swain

Azar Swain has seen his recruitment go in many directions being a two sport athlete for Rivers School. Swain knew what direction he wanted to go in as a college athlete when he decided on his commitment to play for the Yale Bulldogs men’s basketball program as part of the 2017 class.

Swain a 5-foot-10 scoring guard is on the best long range shooters in New England. Footage below shows the young guard going for 48 points one game at the 2016 Hoop Dreams Magazine Prep Classic.

Azar packs a lot of punch and has the heart of a lion that won’t allow this young man to ever back down from any opponent. The decision came via twitter when Swain announced that he would end his recruitment and will now have the rest of his prep career to focus developing his body, game and getting better.

To quote Mark Twain – It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, it’s the size of the fight in the dog. Yale got them on tough future Bulldog in Azar Swain.
