Updated 2017 rankings

After strong consideration and weighing both potential and production we decided to go with Jermaine Samules as the #1 player in the class of 2017. The 6’6 do it all wing has consistently produced at the highest level no matter the competition.

#2 Tremont Waters pound for pound has to be one of the best guards in New England regardless of class.  We he lacks in size he makes up for it in production.  A prospect to keep a close eye on as he continues to prove everyone wrong, size doesn’t matter.

#3 Thomas Murphy has as high of a ceiling as anyone, combine that with his basketball bloodline and you have a big time prospect.  Murphy will transfer to Northfield Mount Hermon look for him to play a key role this season.

#4 Kimani Lawrence passes the look test and has shown that he has the total package of playing at the highest level.  When its all said and done could possible become challenge for the # 1 spot in the class.

#5 Maki Ashton Langford the southpaw point guard will run the show for Cushing Academy.  The athletic guard who knows how to get to the rim, has developed a pass first mentally which will help his overall game.

#6 Jarrod Simmons has busted onto the scene, the 6’7 combo forward with soft hands, great touch and a developing perimeter skill set. Physically Simmons is still developing into this frame as he has grown four inches over the past few months. It will be interesting to see Simmons continue to climb the national rankings.
